Terms
Terms for Public Access and Active Deployment Participation
These terms describe the practical boundaries of SAFC's public website, application flow, and early-stage access model.
Invitation and access
Submitting an application, inquiry, or event request does not create membership, guarantee a response, or guarantee access to any SAFC gathering, introduction, or briefing.
No transactional promise
SAFC curates environments, context, and relationship pathways. It does not promise deals, funding, introductions on demand, or commercial outcomes from participation.
Accuracy of submissions
Anyone submitting information through the site is expected to represent themselves, their organization, and their objectives honestly and completely.
Active Deployment evolution
Because SAFC is in an early operating phase, public processes, membership structure, and briefing access rules may evolve without prior notice as the circle matures.
Boundary
The site is intended for serious, corridor-relevant use only. SAFC may decline, ignore, or close requests that are vague, irrelevant, abusive, or inconsistent with the standards of the circle.
Continued use of the public site and submission flows indicates acceptance of these practical terms as they apply to the current Active Deployment Phase.
